Pricing:
Cheer Team: $40 per competitor
Dance: $40 per competitor for the first routine, $50 per squad for any additional routines
Late Fees (after deadline):
$10 per competitor, per division ($50 per team)
Changes at Door:
$100 per team (for cheer & dance teams)
To register:
Download and print the registration form. (print a copy for each team, individual, and stunt group) To view the form you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded for free by clicking the link. Complete all sections of the form. Include a roster with names, ages, and sex. Make check or money order (no cash) payable to KY States. Registration must be postmarked by February 29th. Any registrations postmarked later will be subject to a late fee. We will mail you a confirmation if your registration is postmarked by February 29th. Otherwise, we will fax your confirmation to you. Please include fax number with registration.
